From the sales people to the owners, they are good people. Throughout the process we always felt comfortable with what we were getting and all pricing was upfront with no hidden fees. Many of the bigger RV sales charge fees they don't tell you about and don't actually do what they say they are charging you for. After the sale I was walked through the unit with one of the owners which took the time to go over every aspect of the RV to ensure everything is working as it should. Answered many questions and never felt rushed even though i knew they were busy. Overall, I can't praise everyone there enough for a great experience which will result in a relationship for a long time.

From the day my wife and I went to Olivers in Norwich to purchase a travel trailer, we were very pleased with the friendly atmosphere. Our salesman Mike was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we didn't want. He listened when we told him what we were looking for and did not waste our time on the trailers that did not have those features. Because of that, we found what we wanted and made the deal! A great asset to the sales part. As far as service issues and concerns, the service team is a 10+ in my eyes and compliments the whole business. Any little issue. concern or just a question to something I did not know was always answered and addressed. Jason and team have always been friendly, courteous and very helpful when needed. I have never been disappointed since I bought our Cruiser over 2 years ago.. The Olivers should be proud of what their team of associates bring each and everyday. HATS OFF GUYS!! - John from
